Atmospheric.

In this abstract series ‘Atmospheric’ , I translate imagined atmospheres of planets into expressive, storm-like visuals channeling turbulence, movement, and elemental force. Each piece captures a fleeting moment within an eternal storm, whispers of solar winds and planetary unrest.

My method blends photography with layers of delicate brushwork. Building form using my landscape photography as a base, then with fine, gestural marks that echo a feminine rhythm flow of texture, space, and atmosphere.

Although inspired in part by imagined landscapes, planets, weather systems and natural forces, this series is less about the literal and more about evoking what can’t be seen: pressure, silence, rupture, and release.

There is a sense of fragility in the detail, but also power, an atmospheric tension that feels both vast and intimate. The work echoes the stark isolation, hidden intensity, and cold violence of planets in constant upheaval, a world shaped by chaos, not calm, where beauty is found in destruction and rebirth.
